NEDA Data Policy as defined by the NEDA Management Board in May 2020
The NEDA Management Board agreed that data taken during experiments using NEDA belong to the NEDA collaboration as well as to the other collaborations performing the experimental activity and to the Laboratories where the experiments took place. The NEDA Management Board agrees that the content of the data, in the sense of Nuclear Structure, Reactions or whatever other research activity included in the proposal, is assigned with priority to the spokespersons and their collaborators. To maintain priority access to the data the spokesperson and their collaborators are required to work actively on the Data Analysis. A brief report on the data analysis status will be requested on a yearly basis. NEDA data are available to the collaboration to achieve performance results or to test new data analysis techniques.
